WHY DO YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE A WISH FOR A CIGARETTE






A child lights up his first cigarette out of a curiosity. He wants to know what′s so pleasent about it since adults frequently reaches for cigarettes. Most people starts to smoke in their teens. Many young smokers know that smoking is harmful but they do it anyway. Thay don′t care when they are told about reduced physical capacity, bronchitis, cancer, veins disease and other smoking affects that would affect them in ten, fifteen to twenty years. Those health problems seems so distant , they don′t shake them up and dissuade them from smoking.
   There′s probably no boy who wouldn′t want to please everyone (and himself) with his physical image. Tall figure, wide shoulders and chest are a dream of every adolescent.
   However medical science proved that early smoking breaks physical development and growth. They proved that people who started to smoke early, have smaller lung capacity than nonsmokers. So smoking affects right on contrary from what every teenager wants.
   
 
SOME PEOPLE REALLY CAN′T GIVE UP SMOKING
  
 A great deal of smokers can′t drop the habit, because they are addicted to nicotine. They can help themselves by products that contains nicotine in decreased concentrations. On initiative of physician who treated abstinent phenomena of sailors who during the sail on submarine weren′t allowed to smoke, the pharmacists got the idea of nicotine chewing-gum.


IF YOU REALLY CAN′T STOP SMOKING
   You can′t stop smoking and you are still trying? If so, you can lower the risk regarding your health by: 
Choose cigarette brand that contains less tar
Smoke less cigarettes
Tug the smoke from cigarettes less times and smoke only a half of cigarette
 Don′t breath the smoke
don′t keep the cigarette in the mouth
Try not to inhale
 Don′t replace cigarettes for cigars or pipe. If you do, don′t inhale
IF YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT SMOKING
   The most importaint condition for successful aquittal of smoking is total determination to overcome the habit. Even the smallest doubt is like a sabotage of smokers efforts. Therefore cutting down the amount of smoked cigarettes is rarely successful- you have to decide either to be smoker or complete non-smoker.
   Chewing on gum, sucking on bonbons, eating dried plum, can help people who miss the oral satisfaction of smoking. Many people are worried to gain weight if they quit smoking. There is a risk of that to happen, because smoking slows down the metabolism and people eat more when they quit smoking.
But I am sure most doctors agree that the little overweight is less damaging for health than smoking.
